Family Fun Day To Raise Funds For The First Team SA Tour In May. FC45 Academy Community enjoyed a family fun day at Gaborone Club.
Pictures from the event paint a great view of the activities that took place during the day as well as the stalls that were set up.
Stalls set up included a slushie and a coffee stand to keep visitors cool as well as warm and watered, a make your own jewelry stall for arts and crafts, baked goods stand, face-painting stall by a clown for kids entertainment and a barbecue to keep attendants fed.
An exhibition match between the 1st Team was played in good spirit and entertained the audience with some great goals from the boys.
Despite the scares of a rainy morning, the day went superb with kids participating in different fun activities, with a wide variety of items for sale from vendors who came to support the event and music in the background to enhance the days mood. The parents of the children as well as other visitors including the kids had a chance to participate in a raffle where grand prizes were won, a fun inclusive activity.
Our sponsors as usual played a very important role in supporting the event through donations of prizes for the raffle tickets. Shopping vouchers worth P1000 from Ssefalana, Branded Zooki Chair from Manase and compression socks from an anonymous sponsor. Thank you to all our sponsors for supporting the event.
